A．He got a thin type, but still, he shaves it quite frequently.

According to the commercial of Shiseido Uno(Men’s skincare brand), Captain’s face always got moisture even after a shave because of “a-i-tsu.” (“A-i-tsu” is a somewhat impolite way of saying he/she. Is he referring to a moisturizer or someone else?)
